We welcome Louise to the business and hope she will settle into working with the wider team and clients over the coming months. Louise started with Red Box in June and has been chipping away at some of our larger and more complex projects to support a handover of workload within the team. We hope Louise can bring a sense of fresh eyes to the processes Red Box currently offer and deliver reassuring strategy, insight and expertise. We wish you the best of luck in your new position!

Louise joins us having worked within in-house facilities operations for the past 10 years in the education sector and has further catering and HR experience to round off her expertise. Prior to joining Red Box, Louise was involved in tendering and negotiating contracts for a large Trust of schools as well as overseeing the systems and practices for business strategy and development. She also held training responsibilities, set KPIS and was the main point of contact for external relations for the multisite venues. Louise was key to innovating and improving standards and customer experience.

Louise's academic achievements include a degree in BA Hons Performance Design and Production, Level 3 Food Safety, Allergen Awareness and Health and Safety.

Experienced at delivering change, Louise has always invested time in her teams and takes a proactive approach to challenges.

As a member of the National Trust, Louise enjoys the outdoors, and tries to fit in a long walk with family most weekends as well as reading sci-fi or historical fiction. Louise is currently working through the “Outlander” novels.
