Welcome Dean to the growing team at Red Box! We are hoping Dean will meet with some more of our existing clients over the coming months. Dean has been working to support our other Consultants since November 2023 and is now getting settled into a few projects.
Dean has a wealth of experience having worked in catering for over 15 years, as a Head Chef & Sous Chef in independent Restaurants & Hotels. Dean was also a Catering Chef Manager for Mitchells and Butler. Prior to joining Red Box, Dean was employed by Babcock International as a Regional Trainer, which involved delivering NVQ / Apprenticeship training to Hospitality and Catering professionals.
Dean predominately delivered Level 3 Professional Cookery and L4 Hospitality Management Apprenticeships. He brings experience in health and safety with achievement of L3 Health & Safety Certificate, food safety regulation achieving L3 Food Safety Certification, a L3 Diploma in Management and a L4 Certificate in Education & Training.
Dean has many years of on-the-job experience practising in all these areas.
In his spare time, Dean runs a football coaching business, coaches U16s boys and is the Chairman of his local football club consisting of 18 teams.
Dean enjoys spending time with his family, having nice family walks and exploring the great outdoors alongside taking his boys to football (Leeds united fans).
