Lauren Baxter has joined the Red Box Team as our new Consultant.

Red Box welcomes Lauren to the Team, and we look forward to introducing her to our clients over the next few months.

Lauren has extensive experience in the hospitability trade, having worked in a variety of managerial roles for over 15 years. She has managed licensed sites for pub operators such as Whitbread, Mitchell and Butlers and Spirit. Prior to joining Red Box, Lauren was employed by Babcock International as a Regional Trainer, which involved delivering training to Hospitality and Catering professionals. Lauren has worked with a variety of clientele, from students to corporate partners and brings a wealth of expertise in food and kitchen management processes.

Lauren will be working in all areas of the business, including Oil and Gas, Schools and Higher Education sites, and in Business and Industry. She is already heavily involved in a project to review Health and Safety and Food Safety across a Yorkshire based charity portfolio.

She is looking forward to providing some inhouse training sessions and developing new programmes while building experience working along side business Director, Neil Meadows.

In her spare time, Lauren enjoys watching football, spending time with her family and travelling as much as possible.
