Liz Ellory-Hoare joins Red Box as a Consultant
It has been 6 months since Liz joined us here at Red Box, so we thought it was about time we introduced her officially. Liz has already worked on a number of successful projects to date and continues to work alongside Neil on projects including the Houses of Parliament. Liz is based in Harrogate and hopes to work on some of the more local projects to enable her to balance family life. She joins us with a wealth of experience in catering and prior to working with us at Red Box, Liz worked as a Hospitality and Catering Regional Trainer, delivering hospitality and leadership training to apprentices in industry. She has also worked as a Catering Manager for Bettys Cafe Tea Rooms in three of the six Yorkshire branches. Her focus so far with Red Box, has been heading up work with schools to develop their catering services; ensuring they are nutritionally compliant, value for money and popular with pupils.
