• Telephone equipment (DO NOT spray cleaning chemicals directly on to or apply wet cloths) 
• Work surfaces 
• All chair rests and arms 

• Dining/class/staff room tables and chairs, crockery, trays and cutlery 
• Sinks, taps and kitchen areas 
• Water fountains and dispensers, self-service drinks dispensers/vending  
• Lifts and their doors and buttons 
• Hand-rails
